Kendall Jenner is opening up to fans about her mental health in an effort to instill hope during this time of isolation, encouraging them to open up as well.
Partnering with New York fashion designer Kenneth Cole and the Mental Health Coalition, Kendall Jenner is looking to put a focus on mental health awareness through the How Are You Really Challenge. This new challenge aims to raise awareness for mental health by encouraging individuals to open up about how they’re really feeling during these stressful times.
As Kendall revealed in a sweet video taken in her home, she’s been thinking a lot lately about the importance of mental health and hopes this new initiative will help to instill hope among her followers.
"“I have been doing a lot of thinking during quarantine mostly about mental health and how important it is always but especially in these times with the devastation of coronavirus,” Kendall noted. “I just wanted to instill some hope in people and know that everyone’s not alone in this isolation. I have decided to join a challenge called the How Are You Really Challenge which basically lets people know how you’re really feeling.”"

Kicking off the conversation, Kendall admitted that like most individuals during these times, she has her good days and she has some really anxious days. It’s a feeling many can likely relate to and we love Kendall’s openness with fans.
In opening up about her own mental health, Kendall encourages her followers to share their feelings with her reminding htem they’re not alone and that even she has her ups and downs. As Kendall reminds fans, we’re going to get through this together and there’s no shame in admitting to feelings of being anxious.
We honestly love seeing Kendall take a stand in hoping to end the stigma against mental health conditions because we can all use a reminder that sometimes it’s okay not to be okay and to never be afraid to speak one’s truth.
