Rob Kardashian is looking forward to the return of the 2020 NBA season

After taking an extended break due to the novel coronavirus the NBA will soon resume its 2019-2020 season and Rob Kardashian is clearly looking forward to basketball’s return!

Back in March, the NBA joined a number of professional sports leagues to suspend their active season due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, resulting in an unexpected period of time without basketball and the many sports which would have filled the airwaves during recent months.

Nearly three months after suspending its season, the NBA’s board of governors approved a league proposal to return to play beginning July 31 allowing play to finally resume.

Needless to say, the news was music to the ears of NBA fans across the nation who have been anxiously awaiting the NBA’s return to play. Among the many famous fans excited for the league’s return is Rob Kardashian.

While Rob is a man of few words and generally keeps a lower profile on social media than his sisters, he’s been known to show his excitement for various sports and entertainment titles over the years through his extremely selective tweets and retweets.

When word broke of the NBA’s return to play, Rob was quick to retweet a post announcing the news — clearly excited to see his one of his favorite sports will soon resume play! While the games are expected to be played without fans in the stadium, we fully imagine Rob will be catching each game from home like most NBA fans anxious for the game’s return.

Rob Kardashian has always had a love for basketball

Rob, of course, has a long-standing love of basketball. He has often been spotted attending various NBA games over the years including many games enjoyed with sis Khloe Kardashian.

In addition to loving and appreciating the game as an NBA fan, Rob has also suited up on a few occasions to play on celebrity and charity teams over the years. 2011 was a particularly key year for Rob as he not only suited up to play at the E League Bridge Basketball & Charity Event, but also had the honor of playing in the year’s NBA All-Star Celebrity Game!

As fans might recall, Rob put on quite the show with many arguments to be had that he was more deserving of the game’s MVP title than its eventual winner, pop star Justin Bieber. The two were joined by several Hollywood and NBA superstars including Common, Trey Songz, Romeo, Michael Rapaport, Nick Cannon, Scottie Pippen, Bill Walton, Rick Fox, Jalen Rose, Mitch Richmond, Chris Mullin, and Swin Cash.

Next. Rob finally makes a proper appearance on KUWTK. dark
