Here are five influential women we would’ve loved to see on “WAP,” including Viola Davis

Even days after Cardi B’s music video release of “WAP,” fans are still talking about Kylie Jenner‘s appearance. Some loved it, but most didn’t. Who would you have loved to see, instead?

The latest campaign (because yes, there is a campaign going to remove Kylie Jenner from “WAP”) is to replace Kylie with Viola Davis. Now, don’t think these campaigns or the hate Kylie is getting will go anywhere. She’s staying put!

Not only has Cardi B defended her choice to include Kylie in “WAP” and express how much she appreciates the young star, but let’s be honest, all the hate is borderline bullying. Fan of Kylie or not, her inclusion in the raunchy music video is not up to us.

Could more influential women have joined the video instead of Kylie? Sure! But we can’t change that. However, it would be fun to think about which star would have made a better choice.

Viola Davis

This is, by far, my top choice! Even Viola Davis herself loves the idea. Recently, fans took to Twitter to show the actress a photoshopped picture of Davis’ face in Kylie’s body and Davis loves it! You can even see a photoshopped clip of the star on her Twitter with the hashtag #HowToGetAwayWithWAP.

Beyonce

Okay, hear me out! I know this is a long shot (very much so), but how amazing would this have been? The queen of queens blessing “WAP” with her presence. Iconic.

Selena Gomez

Listen, Selena Gomez has had a rough several years, but 2020 is definitely giving her a few wins. Sure, the first half of 2020 was rough as well for us all, but many projects were on the works for Selena.

For starters, tune in to watch Selena Gomez and Chef on HBO Max on Friday, Aug. 13. The actress has also joined the cast of the Hulu series Only Murders in the Building, where she’ll star opposite Steve Martin and Martin Short. As if that wasn’t enough, this busy bee is also rumored to be working on a Wizards of Waverly Place reunion.

Ariana Grande

Guys, Ariana Grande. Need I say more? This would have been pretty cool. She’s got a wonderful voice, that’s for sure. One of the best, actually. But we don’t want her to take over Cardi B’s video. Instead, an appearance just like Kylie Jenner’s on “WAP” would have worked out just fine!

Jordyn Woods

Of course, I’m going to include Jordyn Woods on this list! After exiled from the lives of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Jordyn has been doing just fine on her own. She appeared on The Voice, guest-starred in a series, launched several brands, and more. Give her the attention she deserves!
