Scott Disick hints someone betrayed him in new Keeping Up with the Kardashians season 18 clip

A new teaser trailer is out for Keeping Up with the Kardashians season 18 and it’s packed with everything we could have hoped for.

Among the many things the back half of season 18 will be focusing on, are Scott Disick’s short rehab stint, the COVID-19 pandemic, and Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian’s relationship. There’s so much to unpack, let’s begin with Scott Disick.

As you likely remember, Scott checked himself into rehab following a relapse. His stay at the health center didn’t even last a week, though, as Scott left the facility after a photo of him there was leaked online.

Understandably, Scott didn’t go to rehab for attention and wanted to handle his situation privately for his sake and his family. He was enraged when a photo of him at rehab made rounds online. Reportedly, Kourtney Kardashian and Sofia Richie teamed up to help Scott get help. But someone very important betrayed him, or so the new KUWTK season 18 trailer teases.

Did Sofia Richie betray Scott Disick?

“There couldn’t have been a bigger betrayal,” Scott is saying to the camera. This is probably a confessional filmed by Scott from home due to COVID-19 as the setting is different and so is the sound.

Scott then shares, “she leaked me being there,” while the teaser shows Khloe, Kourtney, and Kim — all in different rooms.

The next shot features Kris, Kim, Khloe, and a noticeable thinner Rob on a video chat with Scott. In the chat, Scott tells them that he doesn’t trust anybody “here.”

Scott could have possibly called his family while at rehab after the photo leaked. Kourtney may not be on the call, but we all know there is no way she would ever do anything to hurt Scott.

In fact, they vacationed together right after Scott left the center and have been on great terms. This leaves us assuming Scott is talking about Sofia Richie.

However, as much as I did want that relationship to end because I want Scott and Kourtney to be endgame, I don’t think Sofia would do such a thing.

Scott recently stopped following Sofia on Instagram, but is it all for the show and promoting it? My guess is that someone on Scott’s team is responsible. Perhaps one of his employees or a business partner. I’m not sure, but I’m not convinced it was Sofia. Who’s your guess?
