From the moment Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped away from their royal posts, fans have been anxiously waiting to see what be next for the couple. Given Meghan’s ties to Hollywood and the couple’s recent move back to California, there has been a lot of speculation as to whether the pair might set their sights on Tinseltown. As it turns out, there fans were wise to speculate!
According to a new report from Variety, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have begun shopping around an unknown project to various networks.
Considering the couple have been meeting with networks, including NBCUniversal which was home to Meghan’s former drama Suits, it seems likely the project is a series of some sorts. What is unknown and will be interesting to see is if the series ends up being a scripted or unscripted series. And let’s not even get started in speculating as to what the series could end up being about.

Of course, with word breaking that Meghan and Prince Harry are shopping a project around Hollywood has come questions as to whether Meghan Markle might use the project as a vehicle to return to her acting roots.
Since stepping back from her royal duties, many fans have been optimistically hoping to see Meghan pick up where she left off with Suits in revisiting acting as a career path. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be in the cards at the moment.

As Variety reports, Meghan is looking to be involved in the project just not in front of the screen in an acting role. Rather the plan seems to be for her and Prince Harry to serve as joint producers on the yet-to-be-revealed project.
