People are trolling Kendall Jenner after she reveals she’s a ‘stoner’

Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. Apparently, there’s also a good chance Kendall Jenner is smoking weed, no matter where she is. Or at least, that’s what she just told everyone.

During a recent podcast episode of Sibling Rivalry, the model openly admitted that she smokes lots of weed, even referring to herself as a “stoner.” According to People, Kenny’s reveal was the result of a lightning round of questions. She and Kourtney Kardashian were asked, “If there was a stoner [in your family] who would it be?”

Kourtney answered, “Kendall.” Adding immediate fuel to that fire, Kendall confirmed that she does indeed light up, admitting, “I am a stoner. No one knows that, so that’s the first time I’ve ever really said anything out there.”

But she didn’t say much more.

While “no one” may have known this detail before, the cat’s certainly out of the bag now. And so naturally, the claws are coming out, too. As you might’ve guessed, some folks who caught wind of Kendall Jenner’s admission have more than plenty to say about the reality star’s reveal.

As you also might’ve guessed, most of those responses to Kendall’s so-called “stoner” lifestyle aren’t the least bit flattering, especially around the Twitter-verse.

Interesting or not, most don’t buy it. On top of that, many people are saying it’s one of the dumbest decisions the model has made publicly since her infamous Pepsi commercial fiasco back in 2017.

One person wrote, “Kendall Jenner coming out as a stoner has the same energy as Kendall Jenner coming out as a person of acne experience,” and Perez Hilton tweeted, ”If you haven’t heard yet… Kendall Jenner is still dull but likes to smoke a lot of weed.”

The overall response, however, has been notably mixed. Many of the trolling remarks were sentiments like “who cares?” and  “no big deal.” In contrast, some people were sincerely bothered by what the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star said, her use of the word “stoner,” and the reality that she was able to say it so freely.

One person tweeted, “As the ‘Kendall Jenner is a stoner’ headline makes its rounds, I’m thinking of all the POC who have been incarcerated for simply HAVING weed on them.”

On the lighter side of comments, a bunch of people were seemingly laughing it off. To be fair, some of the tweets are funny. Still, even those who claim to be stoners themselves didn’t seem happy with Kenny’s claim.

Another tweeted, “Sure when Kendall Jenner says she’s a stoner she gets front page media coverage but when I say it, I get kicked out of Trader Joe’s for making pipes out of all their organic honey crisp apples.” And admittedly, I laughed at that one.

As the trolling comments continue pouring in, the general consensus seems to be that “stoner” or not a stoner, perhaps Kendall Jenner says too much.
