Andy Cohen says fans hoping to see Kris Jenner join the Real Housewives cast shouldn’t hold their breath. The Bravo guru spoke out about the possibility, and claimed he doesn’t think it’s likely at all!

After the ending of Keeping Up With the Kardashians was announced, the talk show host recalled getting numerous messages on Twitter about the possibility of Kris joining a new show.

“I got so many DMs and tweets saying, ‘Kris should join the Housewives. She is good friends with Kyle . This should happen. Make it happen!’ And then I tweeted that I would be talking about it on the radio today, and I got a whole bunch of tweets saying, ‘Don’t do it.’ It’s so interesting to me,” Cohen revealed on his SiriusXM show Radio Andy.

Unfortunately, Andy Cohen explained that he just doesn’t think the prospect is realistic.

“I think it would be a huge get too, and by the way, she is already connected with the cast,” he added. “She’s good buddies with Kyle. No joke, she knows everyone on the show. She is buddies with Rinna, I think.”

However, the famed host had a very understandable question. “Why would she leave and join a show that she has no control over?” Cohen asked.

“She wouldn’t be an executive producer of the show, she wouldn’t have control over the edits, so I think for someone who is used to having so much power over a show, I can’t see her surrendering that power,” he added.

This is an extremely good point from Andy. While fans were quick to speculate Kris would be joining perhaps Real Housewives of Beverly Hills once KUWTK concludes, it wouldn’t really make all the most sense. Apart from the fact that she wouldn’t be one of the show’s bosses or producers, she also isn’t even a housewife.

Sure, Kris has been in a longterm relationship with Corey Gamble, but the mother-of-six is a go-getting businesswoman who is too invested in her career as a manager to be a stay-at-home mom. On top of that, all of her kids are grown up and out of the house, which isn’t exactly a deal breaker for Real Housewives, however there’s just no reason for her to be a literal housewife.

Whether Kris ultimately ends up taking a post on Real Housewives or not, something tells us the momager has big plans up her sleeves for the future!
