Sofia Richie spotted out to dinner with entrepreneur Matthew Morton

It looks like Sofia Richie may have a new man in her life!

As Just Jared reports, the model was spotted out in Malibu, California on October 17 with Cha Cha Matcha co-founder Matthew Morton at her side. After splitting with Scott Disick earlier this summer, the daughter of Lionel Richie has kept things low-key and has pretty much remained out of the dating scene, but it looks like she might be ready to move on.

Sofia and the entrepreneur were spotted in the parking lot of Nobu restaurant after enjoying a date night at the celebrity hot spot. She looked chic and put together in an all-black ensemble, donning a black leather jacket and a matching face mask. Meanwhile, Matthew Morton sported a suede jacket and dark-colored jeans for their night out.

While it’s hard to tell for sure whether Richie and Morton are an item, it would sure be nice to see her moving on.

Sofia Richie and Disick shared a nearly three-year relationship, but ended things on somewhat of a tumultuous note. The pair broke up in May when Disick entered a treatment facility, then they reconciled several months later. The reportedly split for good in August.

If Sofia is indeed moving on with a new man, her friends and family will be thrilled, a report claims. A source told Us Weekly in September that her loved ones are encouraging her to move on from Disick. “Sofia’s family think she is way better off without him,” an insider told the publication. “They have been advising her to do her own thing, especially during the quarantine.”

This was the first time Sofia has been spotted with Mr. Morton, so things are definitely still new, but here’s to hoping the star has found love once again!
