Hilary Duff is expecting baby number 2

Congratulations are in order for Hilary Duff! The former Lizzie McGuire star is expecting her second child, and she’s over the moon about the news.

Hilary revealed the exciting news on October 24, taking to Instagram with an epic pregnancy announcement. “We are growing!!!,” Hilary wrote in the caption of her post. “Mostly me,” she joked.

The post was a Boomerang video, and showed her hubby Matthew Koma rubbing her belly as Hilary flashed a smile. The couple already share one child, Banks Violet Bair, who they welcomed in 2018. Now, as they grow their family even more, the couple look elated to share the news with fans!

Hilary’s hubby even made a joke about their big news. “lol quarantine was fun,” he commented below the post. “Baby #3 – 2021,” he added.

Duff was first linked to Koma in early 2017, though the two called it quits briefly in March of that year. The couple’s break didn’t last long, and by September, the two were spotted spending time together again and were even sharing photos with one another on social media. By May 2019, they were engaged.

According to People, the two stars married at Duff’s home in an intimate, “low-key” ceremony with family and close friends.

Duff and Koma have never been shy about sharing the sweet details of their romance with fans. In September, Matt shared an endearing birthday message for his wife on Instagram. “In a global pandemic, during our first year of marriage, in a world that’s becoming a heavier and more confusing place to navigate with kids in tow, there’s nobody who does it better,” he wrote. “I love you something beyond.”
