Khloe Kardashian officially moves out of Calabasas mansion after selling it for $15.5 million
Khloe Kardashian is embarking on a new chapter! The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is saying goodbye to her Calabasas home.
On November 14, as reported by People Magazine, KoKo shared a series of sentimental videos where she told fans it was moving day and she was getting the last of her belongings together. “Moving day. Oh my goodness, nothing,” Kardashian said as she walked through the empty mansion.
According to Khloe, the home has been so “special” and magical for her and baby True, but she’s ready to pass the beautiful abode on to new owners. “We are out of here and the new owners get a beautiful blessed home,” she said.

People Magazine confirmed earlier this month that Khloe Kardashian sold her home for a cool $15.5 million. She had lived in the house since 2014 after buying it from Justin Bieber. Not only has the house been featured on KUWTK many times, but in March 2016, the home was also featured in Architectural Digest along with Kourtney Kardashian’s home.
KoKo sold the house for more than double the $7.2 million she initially paid for it. According to People Magazine, the sprawling estate now holds the record for the highest price per square foot of any home ever sold in the Calabasas area.
No word just yet on where Khloe is moving to, but Tristan Thompson did offer up his house once before on an episode of KUWTK, so we’re saying “TBD” on that. Regardless of where she ends up, Khloe is excited about her new start.
“More memories to be made,” she said in one of her Instagram videos. And with the way the KarJenners live, you know there’s plenty of memories on deck.
