Khloe Kardashian faces backlash for acting like she hasn’t partied during the pandemic

Khloe Kardashian seemingly needs a reality check right about now. After a year of taking luxurious trips and attending fun private parties with her friends, her post about missing normal life amid the COVID-19 pandemic didn’t hit the right note with her followers. Fans are now slamming the reality star for trying to be relatable, when her life is anything but.

It all started when the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star took to Instagram to share a meme about parties, reports Screen Rant.

“Remember when there were parties?,” she captioned her post. Her followers were quick to point out that Khloe has hardly been sitting at home alone throughout the pandemic.

Angry fans on Reddit weren’t afraid to say how they really felt about Khloe’s questionable caption. “Who is she trying to fool?,” one person questioned, while another said, “She’s trying to be relatable again.”

Khloe and her sisters also stirred the pot in October 2020, when they hopped a plane to Tahiti to celebrate Kim’s 40th birthday. Despite Kim insisting the entire family were COVID-19 tested ahead of the trip, fans felt it was insensitive to travel during the pandemic.

More recently, Khloe Kardashian has been posting swimsuit snapshots from Turks and Caicos, where her sisters joined her for a dreamy beach getaway. Sure, the KarJenner sisters likely took a private jet to their villa, but fans were less than thrilled to see them vacationing yet again as the coronavirus rages on.
