Travis Barker’s ex Shanna Moakler wants to meet Kourtney Kardashian

Travis Barker is beyond smitten with Kourtney Kardashian, but his ex, Shanna Moakler, isn’t entirely out of the picture. Seeing as he shares two kids with the former playmate, Moakler is vying to know more about the woman who is spending time with her kids.

Shanna Moakler revealed in a new interview with Us Weekly that she hasn’t met Kourtney Kardashian just yet, but she’s very open to doing so.

“I’ve never met Kourtney,” Moakler told the outlet. “I’ve heard through the grapevine that she tried to reach out, but I never heard from her or anything. I would have no problems meeting her and being cordial.”

Moakler and Barker currently share custody of their two children: son Landon, 17, and daughter Alabama, 15. According to Moakler, she would like the chance to at least introduce herself, though she doesn’t see herself becoming besties with the reality star.

“I think it would be nice to know the person who’s going to be spending a lot of time with my kids. I have no problem … just introducing myself and letting her know that I have no ill-will. But I don’t see her and I going to the spa any time soon,” Moakler said.

Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler have been divorced since February 2008.

The interview about Kourtney was largely positive, but not all the press surrounding Moakler and Kardashian has been. Moakler was recently caught liking a shade-filled comment about Kourtney on Instagram, fueling rumors they were on bad terms. However, it seems the situation may have been a misunderstanding, and Moakler defended herself in her interview with Us Weekly.

“I understand I haven’t had the best relationships with that family in the past, but for me, it’s water under the bridge,” Moakler. said. “I’m in a great place and I’m moving on and I’m really truly happy for both of them.”

Celebrity relationships can be messy, especially when every detail is played out in the public eye, but it appears things are all good in the hood between Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s ex.
