At the European Marine Energy Center, where Kate Middleton killed it with the kids, Kate did a quick outfit change into a brown jacket, a green ruffle-collar top, blue jeans and a pair of brown suede lace-up ankle boots. And was pictured coming into the event wearing a floral protection mask.
