Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson ‘could turn romantic,’ according to an insider

Last week, fans were flabbergasted at the fact that Kim Kardashian interlocked hands with comedian Pete Davidson on a rollercoaster ride at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, California.

Though it has since been reported that the two were out as friends and nothing more, this didn’t stop the public from pairing these two celebrities romantically. At this point, it’s become clear that fans’ desire to have Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson date won’t die down anytime soon — especially since a recent report says this is a fair possibility.

Will Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson date?

US Weekly reports that, while Kardashian and Davidson aren’t an item as of yet, their friendship, in the future, “could turn romantic.” Their source stated:

"No one really knows what is going on with Kim and Pete. They are just friends right now, but things could turn romantic. […] Kim is single and having fun at the moment."

And fun certainly should be the only thing on Kim Kardashian’s mind at the moment as she is still navigating through her divorce with her soon-to-be ex-husband Kanye West and probably needs to let off steam just as West has also done this year.

As we know, West briefly dated Russian model Irina Shayk earlier this year. When the news broke out, it was made clear that West and Kardashian had both moved on, each allowing the other to see other people romantically during their divorce.

But while West was doing just fine, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was reportedly a bit hesitant to date again because of how long it would take to build the same trust that she had with Kanye West.

“She’s not focused on dating at the moment,” an insider told US Weekly in June 2021. “She thinks it’s going to take time before letting someone into her private life. It was easy with Kanye because they were friends before so they had years’ worth of trust.”

Coincidentally, Davidson, Kardashian and West all once sat down to have dinner in the past and all seemed to have hit it off pretty well.

Perhaps Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson‘s friendship will blossom into something more in the future. We’ll have to wait and see.
