Pete Davidson pokes fun at Kim Kardashian dating rumors in new interview

As fans know by now, rumors claiming Kim Kardashian is dating Pete Davidson have been swirling around, and people are begging for either of the celebrities to confirm or deny their new relationship.

Of course, sources have been saying the two are getting closer, with one insider claiming Kim and Pete “could turn romantic,” but nothing beats learning of a new relationship status from the mouth of those who are actually in it. And now, we finally have one of the two celebrities opening up about this new relationship! Or…so we thought.

Pete Davidson jokes about dating Kim Kardashian

Yahoo! reports that Pete Davidson did, in fact, discuss some prevalent matters in his recent interview with Seth Meyers on his talk show on Monday night, but, unfortunately, it wasn’t exactly what Kardashian fans were hoping for.

“I want to address something,” Meyers began. “I feel like I want to confirm if it’s real or a rumor.”

“I’ve been wanting to talk about this because there’s a lot of people I walk by, people are like whispering and making eyes at me,” Davidson teased. “But it is true…I do have a show on Tubi coming out.”

Audiences could help but laugh at what they believed the comedian was insinuating and it’s safe to say that Davidson got them (and us) good. See the full interview below.

Though he seems to be trolling us, Pete did make a comment that could be alluding to his relationship with Kim Kardashian, particularly, how he believed the public feels about him securing such an amazing woman.

“A lot of people are shocked that I could get on a show like Tubi,” Davidson retorted. “But it’s a real thing.”

And yes, he is literally talking about his upcoming show The Freak Brothers, but, metaphorically, one could make the argument that Tubi is another way to say Kim Kardashian. Anything is possible with this comedian!

It may be somewhat of a disappointment that Pete Davidson did not fully open up about his relationship with Kim Kardashian, but it is fairly probable that in the near or distant future he might actually be willing to talk about it. Hopefully, we won’t get trolled a second time.
