Kim Kardashian is legally single, removes ‘West’ from her social media accounts

Within the first few months of 2022, Kim Kardashian went through all sorts of drama and fights with her ex-husband Kanye West.

West was not only extremely combative on social media, calling out her and her boyfriend Pete Davidson over the slightest grievance, but he was also very defensive in the courts, fighting with Kardashian on every single front even when it came to dropping the “West” from her last name.

Fortunately, all of Kim Kardashian’s suffering was not in vain because, in the end, she was able to receive what her heart desired the most–to officially begin her journey as an unmarried woman.

Kim Kardashian is officially legally single

According to Page Six, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is now legally able to call herself single.

This new declaration means that West legally cannot call Kardashian his wife as he’s done so many times in the past despite their ongoing divorce. Additionally, it means that Kardashian can now drop the “West” from her last name whether West likes it or not. Safe to say, the reality star did not hold back from doing the latter as she wiped her social media accounts clean of “West” expeditiously.

Yep, that’s right. She is “Kim Kardashian West” no more, and it seems that she’s celebrating her name change by chilling in bed and eating some yummy cereal.

Kim Kardashian becoming legally single couldn’t have come at a better time as her ex-husband’s behavior is only getting more inappropriate each day.

Earlier this week, West dropped a music video for his song “Eazy.” The video is, to say the least, extremely concerning as it depicts a claymation figure of Kanye West kidnapping and burying a Pete Davidson figure alive.

Following the video’s release, many are no longer turning a blind eye to West’s actions as they believe his crossed line can threaten Davidson’s life, just like Kardashian said earlier last month.

“U are creating a dangerous and scary environment and someone will hurt Pete and this will all be your fault,” Kardashian allegedly wrote to West in now-deleted screenshots.

With Kanye West clearly showing no regard for anyone but himself, it’s become unmistakably clear that Kim Kardashian dodged a bullet just in time.
