Khloé Kardashian gives inside peek of Tatum Thompson’s birthday party

Khloé Kardashian relives her son Tatum Thompson’s first birthday party with portraits and behind-the-scenes snaps, which she shared on Instagram on August 3rd. Her youngest turned one on July 28th, and the proud mother (and her family) celebrated it to the fullest.

The little guy had a blue and white space-themed party, which is spot on for a child his age.

While planning a party, especially a first birthday party, the details must go just right, and Khloé wastes no time planning. She recruited the best of the best in the business to deliver the event beyond the stars and make memories. The results were phenomenal.

For Khloé’s first Instagram carousel, formal portraits with her family are encased, including ones with the birthday boy and her 5-year-old daughter, True.

For the caption, The Kardashians‘ personality kept it simple with “Tatum turns 1” and added an aqua heart emoji on either side.

And her dress? We’re dying to know where Khloé got it!

Kris Jenner even wore a dark blue dress for the occasion and paired it with white sneakers and a matching purse. To see Kris in color and outside her usual wardrobe of black suits is refreshing.

In Khloé’s second round of photos, the Good American founder shared some behind-the-scenes of how the party was pieced together, and she thanked her entire team for their beautiful efforts. White and light blue balloons framed the backdrop of Tatum’s name and delicious treats (and the out-of-this-world birthday cake) made by Chef K and Cake Gourmet Sugar Service. There were also numerous crafts and favors for the kids to take home to create a space adventure.

Lastly, Khloé shared portraits of her kids having a blast at the party and with her older sister, a very pregnant Kourtney Kardashian. who came in an all-black outfit and makeup free. North West even appeared with her little cousin as her aunt attempted to take a selfie.

On Tatum’s birthday, the new mom wrote a tribute to her son, noting the resemblance between her younger brother Rob and her late father, Robert Kardashian.
