Kim Kardashian has got that ‘golden glow’ going on when she attended the 2023 GQ Man of the Year party on November 16. She looked more gorgeous than ever and took the Red Carpet by storm.
For the event, which was held at Bar Marmont in Los Angeles, Kim wore a golden tan suede halter dress designed by the lux brand Chrome Hearts. The piece accentuated her sleek figure and brought out her golden undertones. Kim’s hair was styled straight and colored a honey-blonde shade by her long-time hairstylist, Chris Appleton. To complete her glamorous look, she painted her nails autumn brown and accessorized with several gold rings.
Per usual, the reality star and businesswoman shared her style via Instagram in a series of snaps.
“GQ,” she caps the carousel and added a honeypot emoji for emphasis.
For those who’ve been keeping up with Kim, she made GQ Man of the Year this year (a first for a woman) for 2023 due to her impressive success with SKIMS. She graced the cover and provided an in-depth interview regarding her work ethic, her media empire, and the lessons her father, Robert Kardashian, taught her. It was her dad, a businessman himself and an attorney, that she got her drive from, as well as her aspirations to become a lawyer. It hasn’t been an easy road to travel, but Kim knows it’ll all be worth it.
Between law school, her shows The Kardashians and AHS, SKIMS, SKKN, and being a devoted mother to her four children, one might think that Kim is a Super Woman. Rest assured, while she embraces these things wholeheartedly, she’s human like everyone else. And she knows that.
Kim Kardashian shares her dad’s words in her GQ Man of the Year Interview
It’s no secret Kim honored and loved her father unconditionally, and since his passing in 2003, she has kept his memory alive. Before Robert’s last days, he shared some heartbreaking but honest words with his second child.
“I know you’re going to be okay ,” Robert tells his daughter. “It’s almost like I can see ahead. I know be okay, but just take care of your siblings for me. Just make sure you take care of them.”
Despite what’s edited on television, Kim is close with all five siblings, keeping the Kardashian family motto, “Family first,” intact.
