Kendall Jenner is embracing the natural elements of nature, as she is the newest face of Alo. The reality star and supermodel additionally tapped into her love of horses for the campaign. With everything combined, plus Kendall revealing her collaboration pieces, the end result is nothing but mesmerizing.
While Alo isn't the only fashion profile Kendall has worked with, it does allow her to be more of her authentic self. The campaign is set in Utah's Amangiri Resort, offering a brilliant, yet tranquil, rugged landscape of the American West. Its canyons, desert surroundings, and vivid sunsets perfectly harmonize with Alo's comfortable, but busy philosophy.
Naturally, Kendall approaches every opportunity with ease and style, and Alo isn't excluded from her ethic. She breathes in everything as she submerges herself in the environment, releasing a contented exhale. As she should, because there's nothing more serene than nature.
Kendall Jenner instilled her favorite thing into the Alo campaign
On August 12, Alo dropped the one-minute campaign clip across social media, and there were mixed reactions from users. While Kendall isn't the problem's scope, users expressed feedback that the quality of the products is "cheaply made" and began to fall apart after a few wears and washes. While I can't speak for myself, as I don't own any Alo items, I will say that a highly financially successful company with celebrities backing it should take more pride in and value its core, and not be so concerned with cash flow.
That said, in the clip, Kendall rides horseback in a crisp white Alo tank top that bares her midriff and a pair of matching biker shorts. She accessorizes them with a pair of black boots, an unusual choice, but they work.
As we head further into the ad, the 29-year-old changes into various outfits by the brand, including a chocolate brown one-piece, a black tank top and shorts, and all-black running sneakers that she wears while racing across the terrain. As simple as these pieces are, they range from USD $58 to $268, which is quite expensive for athleisure.
Kendall narrates the campaign in a calming and soothing voice:
