Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian come together for the SKIMS x Dolce and Gabbana Collection

Nothing like a sisterly bond over fashion.

The best way to get over a feud is by collaborating together, and that's exactly what Kim Kardashian and her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, did to patch things up. The reality stars used their infamous Dolce and Gabbana feud to co-create an exclusive collection campaign for SKIMS, which the Italian fashion house is partnering with.

To backtrack, Kim and Kourtney's feud all began when the older sister accused her younger one that she stolen her Dolce and Gabbana and Gothic-themed wedding to use as an edit. In other words, Kim used pieces from Kourtney's day to use for her own D&G fashion show. While Kim stated that she didn't "copy" any of Kourtney's looks, the latter refuted the claims. And so, the two wound up in a bitter argument, only to be settled later in The Kardashians season 3. Additionally, Kim reminded Kourtney that she had a wedding in Italy when she married her ex-husband, Kanye West and booked their favorite Italian performer, Andrea Bocelli, who also sang at Kourtney and Travis's wedding.

The feud now is what I like to call "burned, buried, and bygone" as Kim and Kourtney let it go and even utilized for something far greater.

Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian are 'magnifico' in the SKIMS and Dolce and Gabbana campaign

Wearing matching leopard print, Kim and Kourtney channeled the vintage Italian film aesthetic, taking obvious inspiration from actresses Gina Lollobrigida and Sophia Loren. The sisters presented several patterns in the SKIMS Dolce and Gabbana campaign, including Kourtney styling Kim's dark locks and reflecting with a playful black cat out the window. It's very mid-20th-century European with a modernized vibe.

Kim and her sister uploaded the film and photos from the shoot onto their Instagram profiles on November 14th, five days before the launch on November 19th. According to the SKIMS website, the new collection will consist of dresses, pants, tops, and underwear bearing the respective SKIMS and Dolce and Gabbana logos and complementing silhouettes in sizes XXS to 4XL. You can purchase the pieces on SKIMS, the Dolce and Gabbana site, and Neiman Marcus.

Prices start at $48, so this isn't an affordable collection, but it comes from the D&G end, as a pair of SKIMS briefs cost $20.

In a press release obtained by FanSided, Kim said the following about working with the brand and merging it with her own.

"It’s been an honor to collaborate with my friends [and founders] Domenico [Dolce] and Stefano [Gabbana] on this special collection for Dolce & Gabbana and SKIMS. We’ve taken classic Dolce Gabbana silhouettes and Leopard prints and reimagined them with the incredible fit and comfort that Skims is known for. This is a truly iconic partnership that I’m so excited to share with the world."

The SMIMS x Dolce and Gabbana collab announcements come after SKKN released their news on the Holiday Collection, which dropped on November 15th.
