Kim Kardashian is not giving up her dream of becoming a lawyer someday. The Kardashians star faces a bump in the road in her law journey after failing the California Bar Exam. Kim, however, is not discouraged and is more motivated than ever to pursue her goal of becoming the next legal practitioner in the family, following her late father, Robert Kardashian.
Kim documented her preparation for the Bar Exam in the Instagram Reel she uploaded on Sunday, November 16. Although her first take didn't go as planned despite her four-month-long preparation, the SKIMS founder is not letting the failure get into her heart. So, she's willing to try again, and this time she'll probably double her effort because she can't afford to let go of her dream of following her father's footsteps.
"This dream means too much to me to walk away from, so I'm going to keep studying, keep learning, and keep showing up for myself until I get there," Kim wrote on Instagram.
Surrounded by the people who believe in her, Kim has all the more reasons to continue her legal journey until she fulfills her dream of becoming a trial lawyer. Kim's sister, Khloé Kardashian, commented on her post, expressing how proud they were of her because they had witnessed her hard work and knew how desperately she wanted it.
"Keep going! We don't give up! You got this baby!" Khloe wrote to cheer Kim on.
Kim had previously shared the results of her California Bar Exam in an Instagram Story on November 8, announcing that she had not passed. However, Kim has unlimited chances to retake it, since there's no limit to the number of times an applicant can take it.
Kim Kardashian has consistently shown a strong drive in achieving her goals
Kim is the epitome of resilience because she just doesn't give up. It's in her blood to finish what she started, no matter what. For instance, her journey to passing the Baby Bar or the First-Year Law Students' Exam wasn't easy either. The reality star and mother of four had to take the California Baby Bar Exam four times before passing, making the victory even sweeter because each time she took it, it ignited a fire within her, reminding her of how much she really wanted it.
In a post on Instagram to mark her milestone, Kim said, "it wasn't easy or handed to me." She detailed how she failed three times in two years and how she got back each time to give it another shot. According to Kim, she "studied harder and tried again until I did it!"
"Bottom line is don't ever give up even when you are holding on by a thread, you can do it!!!!! Set your mind to it and get it done because it feels soooooo good once you get to the other side!" Kim concluded her post.
Kim still has the same spirit and grit, and for sure, in no time, she'll be posting a similar milestone celebrating her victory over the California Bar Exam. Way to go, Kim!
