In the very early days of social media, before we were overruled by Instagram and X (formerly Twitter), Kim Kardashian once reigned Myspace in the 2000s. Before its rebranding and redesign in later years, many celebrities, influencers, and us ordinary people connected with others through Myspace, and it revolutionized the internet's growing landscape.

Kim was establishing herself as a household name, building up from being an organizer to her best friend Paris Hilton and stylist to singer Brandy Norwood, running DASH Boutiques, and launching her media empire with Keeping Up With The Kardashians. She was also one of the original Y2K It Girls, as she frequented the LA Hot Spots, often making the front page on online news outlets and their printed counterparts.

But Kim believed that the freshest, most up-to-date news regarding her scene came from her end, and with Mypace being The Place where pretty much everyone got their scoop, the star made it work to her advantage.

Before anyone knew what those words meant, Kim was already a "social media star." Her Myspace profile from 2006- a year before Keeping Up With The Kardashians premiered on E!-was proof of that. The pale magenta and lavender page with Kim's portrait in the upper-left-hand corner was where fans went to get the reality star's most current updates.

In her bio box, Kim as the following line:

"I'm a princess and you're not so there!"

At the time, Kim was 25 years old and in a relationship with the pop group 98º frontman Nick Lachey. The relationship began when Kim broke things off with Ray J., and Lachey had divorced his first wife, Jessica Simpson.

Among Kim's "Top 8" friends were Kourtney Kardashian and her ex-stepbrother, Brody Jenner. Brody starred in MTV's reality show The Hills, so he wasn't new to the TV game. When KUWTK debuted, he made a few appearances, seeing how he was the older brother of Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and his father, Bruce Jenner, was married to Kris.

Kourtney's Myspace carries her black aesthetic and has two advertisements as part of her layout. The first is her now-defunct children's boutique, Smooch, and the second is Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Her profile is dated two years after Kim's (2008), and she has eclectic tastes in her music section. She lists Michael Jackson (MJ), Justin Timberlake (JT), Britney Spears, and Rihanna as her favorite performers. We're just as surprised as you are that the Lemme founder didn't put down Blink-182.

Her tagline reads, "I'm a doll."

Both sisters mentioned their dad on their pages. Kim called her hero, her daddy, while Kourtney reflected on watching old movies with him growing up. Even though he's gone, Robert Kardashian still plays an essential role in his daughters' lives.
