Kim Kardashian pulls out the iconic top and purse from the Keeping Up With The Kardashians era

Kim Kardashian was reorganizing her archives when she came across iconic pieces from her early Keeping Up With The Kardashians days. For the majority of us, we tend to donate things to upcycle or find them a new home where they be appreciated. And for some, we keep things for its sentimental value. Kim went with the latter with hers.

There were some pretty notable fashions that Kim and her sisters wore during the KUWTK 20-season run on the E! Network. However, the earlier pieces hold the most significance because they reflected the family's rise to fame. Yet, the Kardashians and Jenners were built for the limelight, as the world cannot seen to get enough of them. Whether it'd be for their lucrative businesses or their media empire, or even making appearances, the women know how to capture their audience.

Sixteen years later, Kim is reflecting on a personal look that that became part of the KUWTK culture. At the time the season two episode aired in 2008, little did she, her family, or we know that Kim would make viralability happen. But Kim has made plenty of moments happen, and will continue doing so. It's just part of who she is.

There's nothing like going through your closet and finding treasures that created a memory. On November 22nd, Kim shared the two pieces in that made that Keeping Up With The Kardashians moment cemented in the show's history.

Other than the mini-feud between her and her sister, Khloê, over Kim's mega-purchase of her Bentley, "that no one could afford."

"Organizing my archive," she writes for the Story's text, which also included the acronym for "If you know, you know," or better formatted for the social media realms as "IYKYK." In the photo, Kim showcased the colorful long-sleeved sweater tunic with the scalloped hem and scooped neckline with the matching black handbag.

The top is from the brand Free People and the reality star paired it with classic black leggings and heeled boots at the time, echoing the late Y2K fashion, that's been making a comeback as of late.

As mentioned, Kim wore the outfit in a season 2 episode of KUWTK, which aired in 2008. Kim tries to make amends to her toxic behavior towards her sisters, heading to Rob Kardashian's apartment where Khloé and Kourtney were paying a visit.

However, Kim overhears Khloé talking behind her back and storms into the apartment, much to her siblings' shock and surprise. It was then Kim "whacks" her younger sister with her handbag for being "f------ rude" for slamming the door in her face. I'm positive that Kim's gesture didn't inflict pain, not that I ever done it or felt it from the receiver side of things, but in the moment, it was gold for KUWTK. Thanks to the internet, the iconic scene will forever live on.
