It's a very happy and combined birthday for Kourtney Kardashian's oldest sons, Mason and Reign Disick, whom she co-parents with her ex-partner, Scott Disick. The boys celebrated their special day on December 14, turning 16 and 11, respectively. And what's even surreal is that viewers saw Mason being pulled out by his mom on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. He was Kris Jenner's first grandchild and ushered in a new generation for the infamous media family.
While Mason prefers to be out of the spotlight, his younger brother, Reign, can be seen on The Kardashians and occasionally pops up on social media. On the Hulu show, he has a mind of his own, typical of boys his age, but still is at the innocent stage that we can't help but fall in love with.
As per tradition, Kris uploaded an Instagram Carousel, depicting her grandsons' early and current years. These snaps are all ones that we have seen before, including the family portrait at Kendall Jenner's home at Christmas in 2024 and multiple selfies of Mason and Reign together. The only difference is that the photos were applied with the "Kris Jenner effect."
In her caption, the momager called the boys "the greatest joys of [her] life" and said that she feels "endlessly grateful and blessed to be [their] grandma." No words were spared as Kris praised Mason and Reign in her sweet post, tagging her oldest daughter, Mason, and Scott.
Kourtney Kardashian calls Mason and Reign Disick 'two of my greatest loves of my life'
Joining her mother in on the Instagram tributes, Kourtney uploaded a set of adorable selfies. We love just how strong her love is for Mason and Reign, as well as her two other children, Penelope Disick and Rocky Thirteen Barker. She was born to be a mom, and she shows it indefinately wherever life leads her.
In the Carousel, which the Lemme founder shared on December 15, her sons appear in every photo with her. From the snuggles in cold-weather fashions, the kisses, and sharing a spaghetti strand ala Lady and the Tramp, they hold such special memories. We all enjoy watching our kids grow and flourish, and Kourtney is living through it.
"16 and 11. . .my coolest birthday boys," she says in her caption. "Two of the greatest loves in my life. Proud and honored to be their mama."
With Mason turning 16, he's nearly an adult. How he'll use these last two years of being a *older* kid will be interesting, but hopefully not damaging. He still has lots of growing up to do, with new experiences to take on. For the most part, though, he's just living his best life.
