Khloé Kardashian celebrated her son, Tatum Thompson's birthday with a prehistoric bash! The little one turned two on July 28th, which called for an opulent "Two-A-Saurus" dino-themed party that would make Jurassic Park extinct. I have nothing against the movies, as I love the franchise, but Khloé's event team made her backyard look like something of the late Cretaceous Period.

Every child has a dinosaur obsession at some point since the reptiles are unlike any animal the child has seen before. There's also the curiosity about their existence, size, diet, and survival, as well as the history of pre-humanity. Although the creatures have been gone for millions of years, dinosaurs still play a significant part in the modern day because their artifacts proved that there was life before us.

Let's dig into Tatum's special day, made possible by Khloé!

Behind-the-scenes from Tatum Thompson's "Two-A-Saurus" birthday party

When planning and creating her children's birthday parties, Khloé enlists the talented party consultant Mindy Weiss, who brings her best vision to life. The results are nothing short of extraordinary and colorful since color brings the eye forward, and you're magically transported into a new world.

Since Tatum's new "obsession" is dinosaurs, Khloé and Weiss collaborated to give the little boy a time to remember. The decor consisted of earth-toned balloons and backdrops, near-life-sized dinosaur sculptures, and delicious savory and sweet snack treats sure to satisfy any T-Rex appetite.

The sweets created by Cake Gourmet Sugar Service included cookies, donuts, rice krispie treats, cupcakes, eggs in a nest, and a giant multi-tiered birthday cake with frosted dinosaurs. As for the savory samples, long-time Kardashian-Jenner chef Khristianne Uy, better known as "Chef K," prepared nachos, tacos, chicken nuggets, burgers, fries, and fruit, just to give it a healthy kick.

Guests had their choice of activities, including a paleontology station, a slime-making spot, a Stoney Clover customizing pop-up with dino appliques, and painting their own dinosaur figures. If they wanted to cool off and relax since Los Angeles is scorching at the moment, they could take a dip in the pool.

Speaking of guests, Kim arrived in a shimmering gold dress with her youngest daughter Chicago. Khloé cracked at her sister for the ensemble, naming her a "Golden Globe."

Following the party, Khloé shared an Instagram carousel of her and Tatum. In her long caption, she reflects how her son knew his family before his time, and possesses a "gentle, infectious, and loving spirit."

True couldn't have a more stronger bond with her brother, and it shows in the snaps. She's proud that Tatum's her little brother, and glows every time she gazes at him. It's sweet to have that, especially the children are young.
