Kim Kardashian is allowing her son, Saint West, to join the popular social media and streaming platform, YouTube. The 8-year-old kid, who has a passion for soccer and video games, has already amassed over 11K followers on his channel since its premiere on September 2nd. The child-safe videos include Saint hanging out at Dave and Buster's and a peek at his gaming adventures.

From the videos, you wouldn't have thought that Saint is the second child of Kim Kardashian and her ex-husband, Kanye West, as he's just being natural in his elements. It's the best thing about being young: carefree and filled with energy. You can't get better than that.

Before Saint could the exciting and fun YouTube world and earn some money, he must adhere to contractual stipulations, which was written by no other, Kim.

Kim Kardashian has Saint West sign his YouTube contract: 'He better not breach'

Kim's all for Saint joining social media as many kids are doing it these days, but as the mother in her, she'll have her say of what content is suitable for her son to share and will be rightfully monitoring the channel, which is cleverly titled, "TheGoatSaint."

On September 3nd, the SKIMS founder uploaded snippets of Saint's contract on her Instagram Stories and what the hand-written document entails. Any breach or failure to follow the terms will result in the channel's deletion.

The contract is titled " Contract Between Saint West and Kim Kardashian, " dated September 3, 2024. The embedded text has strict and understandable stipulations regarding the YouTube Channel.

"I finally allowed Saint to have a YouTube channel after signing an extensive contract! Lol. Please subscribe!!!" Kim writes on the first slide before she goes into contractual details. Her text block covers some of the channel's material: clips of video games Saint plays.

In her next slide, Kim continued with her explanation.

"Saint signed a a solid contract for this YouTube Channel. He better not breach."

While her text block shielded the middle section of the contract, the top and last paragraphs are clearly visible and states the terms and conditions.

"I, Saint West, agree to follow my mom's rules in order to have a YouTube channel," the document reads. "I am not allowed to comment on any personal family information. I am not allowed to film any personal information. I am not allowed to film when [my sister] North is recording music."

The conditions reflect that Saint cannot film (unless he's away) when the cameras are rolling for The Kardashians' Hulu show as that's strictly between Disney Corp. and the family. So, we won't get any juicy behind-the-scenes bloopers or leaks in upcoming seasons.

The third and last paragraph discloses what will happen if Saint doesn't obey the terms of his contract.

"I must show my mom or guardian all videos before I post them. I give permission to any grown-up if Mom says to delete my video[s] for any reason. If I don’t listen to all of the rules, Mom could make my page private or delete my account.

To clarify that Kim's legal contract isn't a joking matter, she took to X (formerly Twitter) and quoted People's tweet with the following:

"JOKE CONTRACT? Oh, this wasn't a joke. We will go to arbitration if needed."

Kim is putting a firmer foot down when it comes to raising her children, after expressing her concerns to Khloé in season 5 when she desired to become a better parent and enhance her parenting skills.
