During the season 5 finale of The Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian wrapped up her Australian trip by taking a day trip to the world-famous Taronga Zoo in Sydney. She brought along her son, Reign Disick, to interact with some of the rarest animals on the planet. Being a kid, Reign wanted to bring the creatures home.
Zoos offer a safe conservatory for animals, since they're well fed and cared for, with the privilege of seeing other global habitats and learninng about the animals' purpose in life.

When feeding a female kangaroo, the eight-year-old asked his mother in an innocent way if he could have the marsupial as a pet.
"Mom, can I get a pet kangaroo in our house, please? And he can live there with me? Please? I'm responsible."
Kourtney then revealed the devastating truth about bringing the kangaroos or the other zoo animals back home since Australia has a stringent law concerning its fauna, and many of them are on the endangered list.
"I don't think allows that," she tells Reign, who was still persistent about owning one or many animals. I can't blame the boy, as I would love to have a koala sleeping in my treeis or a kangaroo hopping in my yard, but as mentioned, the animals are part of the endangered list and must be protected. A residential home life wouldn't be suitable for their lifestyle.
"No, I don't think it's allowed," repeated Kourtney, and finally, Reign understood what his mother meant. However, it didn't mean he stopped firing inquiries regarding having the zoo animals as pets.
Continuing their zoo journey, Reign learned about the koala's mating rituals and their average sleep schedule of twenty hours. Both facts impressed him. When koalas are not mating or sleeping, they're busy munching on eucalyptus leaves.
The mom-and-son duo entered the nocturnal house, where the adorable Bilby greeted them. Again, Reign just wanted to love the rabbit-and-mouse like creatures and bring them back to Los Angeles despite their unpleasant body odor.
Along with Travis Barker, Kourtney and Reign fed a giraffe, then to take a look at the "cheeky" monkeys playing and swinging in the trees.
The happy mom of four reflected why spending the time with her children was so important to her, since they grow up so fast.
"I love trying to spend one-on-one time with the kids. Reign and I, we have so much fun when we're together. We just laugh the whole time."
Kourtney even spent more time with her kids when they attended Travis's Blink-182 show at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney.
