Bridgerton's Nicola Coughlan is SKIMS newest celebrity ambassador
Nicola Coughlan continues to win our hearts after her success in portraying Penelope Featherington Bridgerton on the smash Netflix period drama Bridgerton. In the season 3 finale, she got to marry the love of her life, Colin (Luke Newton), making us hope that we might marry ours. She was also the gossip columnist Lady Whistledown and everyone in the Ton. Now the actress has taken on a new project: becoming the new ambassador for Kim Kardashian's fashion line, SKIMS.
In a press statement obtained by Kardashian Dish, Nicola revealed that she's a fan of the company and that SKIMS is her first choice for comfort after a day of wearing Bridgerton dresses.
"I've been a fan of SKIMS since the beginning. It's been my on set lounging outfit since day one. I love that it's a brand that makes everyone look and feel amazing."
Nicola Coughlan shows off ethereal beauty in SKIMS campaign
We all know how gorgeous Nicola looks in her regency-era embellished gowns in Bridgerton, with floral motifs and silk and lace detailing. With SKIMS, the Irish native wore dresses that silhouetted her curves and brought out her fair complexion. For the Bridgerton-themed photoshoot, done by photographer Elizaveta Porodina. She created a dreamy and soft aesthetic when it came to the photo editing process.
Nicola is wearing the soft lounge long slip dress in cherry blossom ($80) with pastel flowers framing the snap. In other photos for the campaign, she wears the same piece, only in different hues, including lemonade yellow, celeste blue, and heather grey in the long-sleeved version. Nicola went with the maxi tank dress in bone and the strapless in the onyx shade for a more neutral vibe. She is boosting with confidence with each look; we love that for her.

Kim was ecstatic to have Nicola on board as the newest SKIMS ambassador, as she has been a long-time fan and friend of hers. In Kim's press statement for Nicola's campaign, the reality star says that the Bridgerton star is an "inspiration."
"“Nicola is such an inspiration on screen and beyond, and she really brought the campaign to life with her undeniable beauty and energy.""
SKIMS continues to expand. Last week, the first permanent store opened in Washington, D.C., and more flagship stores will open later this year in Florida, Georgia, and Texas.
