Khloe Kardashian goes ahead with new bodysuit launch despite Destiney Bleu’s claims that the designs are ripped off.

It seems like everything the Kardashians do is surrounded by controversy so it’s no surprise that Khloe Kardashian’s new line of bodysuits has caused quite a bit of drama. Just weeks ahead of the launch date for the new design, Good American shared a promotional video to show off the new bedazzled bodysuits. It didn’t take long for designer Destiney Bleu to retweet the video with her own message accusing Khloe of lifting the design ideas from her.

After Bleu made the accusation, Khloe fought back with a cease and desist letter from her attorney claiming that Destiney Bleu was trying to defame her. That didn’t stop the small-time designer who fought back with her own legal firepower.

Destiney released several text messages and emails that went back and forth with Khloe’s former assistant Monica Rose to prove that she sent samples of just about everything she sells to the Good American designer and it doesn’t look like the battle between Khloe and Destiney is over yet.

Khloe Kardashian didn’t let the bodysuit design borrowing accusations slow down her pace, though. Instead, at 9 am PST on Thursday, Khloe released the new bodysuit line. Much line the Good American denim line, the 11 new bodysuits that were just released are available in a variety of sizes.

The Good American bodysuits will be available up to size 24. The bodysuits will retail anywhere between $129 and $189 depending on the style on the Good American website.
