Kim Kardashian asked to comment on Blac Chyna debacle — This is what she did instead

Kim Kardashian may have said everything about the Blac Chyna drama without saying anything at all.

It looks like Kim Kardashian may have something to say about the recent explosion of drama surrounding her brother Rob and his baby mama. However, not all statements have to be said out loud.

Kim Kardashian was recently asked what she thought about all the new drama surrounding her family. Rather than comment on Rob and Chyna, Kim forwarded a copy of the former stripper’s nondisclosure agreement that she signed when she was featured on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Now KUWTK fans are wondering if Kim was taking a not-so-subtle but silent shot at Blac Chyna in the wake of her new media tour. Chyna has been granting interviews with some major outlets recently and that can’t sit well with the Kardashians.

Some have commented on social media that Blac Chyna shouldn’t be kept from speaking out because she signed an NDA. And while we can’t say those feelings aren’t valid, the law is the law.

What Rob Kardashian did when he posted Blac Chyna’s nude photos wasn’t right. However, that doesn’t take away from the fact that Chyna signed an NDA and agreed that she wouldn’t trash anyone from the Kardashian family. Or the Wests, Disicks, or Jenners for that matter.

One of Blac Chyna’s first interviews was with ABC News following her successful request for a temporary restraining order against Rob. The same news outlet reached out to the Kardashians for comment. That was when Kim supplied them with a copy of Blac Chyna’s NDA.

People reported that the actual language in Blac Chyna’s NDA states that she “shall not at any time disclose, publicly or privately, any information which is in any way, fashion, or manner related to, associated with or connected to the Kardashian family/Jenner family/Disick family/West family and/or their personal relationships, their business activities, plans, operations, finances or employees.”

Now many wonder if the Kardashians will have the legal ground to sue Chyna for the press conference and interviews. After all, she did sign an agreement saying she wouldn’t talk bad about her ex-fiance or literally anyone else in connection with them.

It’s worth noting that after Blac Chyna had her one glorious day full of court appearances, press conferences, and high profile interviews, she’s gone back to silence. Maybe she realized that the NDA is going to present some major legal issues after taking Rob Kardashian to task in such a public way.
