NBC’s One Chicago had the best reaction to the name of Kim Kardashian’s son

This week the internet was set ablaze with the reveal of the name of Kim Kardashian’s third son and NBC’s One Chicago franchise just might have had the best reaction!
On Friday, Jan. 19 Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian took to social media to unveil the name of her third son with husband Kayne West: Chicago West. Needless to say, the unique name quickly set the internet on fire as everyone chimed in with their initial reactions to the untraditional name.
Among the many individuals weighing in on the name reveal was One Chicago mastermind Derek Haas, co-creator of Chicago Fire, who took Kim’s name choice as the ultimate sign of Kim’s love for One Chicago.

However, it was the social media thread that followed Haas’ tweet that may very well stand as one of the best reactions to Chicago West’s name!

Responding to Kim’s Twitter announcement, the official Chicago Fire handle warmly welcomed Chicago West into the world in a tweet that spawned a fun One Chicago conversation which found the Chicago Med and Chicago P.D. Twitter handles joining the conversation within a matter of minutes.

Poking fun at its network’s passion for launching One Chicago spinoffs, the Chicago P.D. handle teased that #ChicagoWest would be coming soon to NBC to which the Chicago Med‘s team chimed in, “Wow, we went there!”
The exchange managed to quickly get One Chicago fans talking as fans chimed in with their well-wishes to Kim and baby Chicago, while also applauding the One Chicago social media team for their reaction to the news.
