Sources say Kim Kardashian will sell her Calabasas home after divorcing from Kanye West

Kim Kardashian is turning over a new leaf. Not only is she rumored to be divorcing husband Kanye West, but sources now say she plans to sell her Calabasas mansion, which she’s resided in since 2013.

The eye-opening report arrives from The Sun, and which sounds like Kim could have a new zip code in the very near future. “Kim never loved the house, she felt it was cold and like living in a museum,” a source close to the family told the outlet.

According to the insider, the house has been a point of stress for the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, as they explained that Kanye was always changing his mind about what he wanted the house to look like. It now represents “chaos” to Kim, the source added.

“It had bad memories,” one part of the report said, also claiming that Kim will likely sell the property in the case of a divorce. “She won’t go far – she wants her children to grow up close to their cousins – but she won’t stay in the house,” an insider said.

News of Kim and Kanye’s impending divorce first broke on January 5, when sources told Page Six that it was only a matter of time before the pair officially filed, and that Kim had already hired celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser. Subsequent reports stated Kim and her husband had a massive blowout before the news went public, which contributed to their alleged decision to split.
