The 2025 Grammy Awards will air on February 2nd on CBS, and there is much buzz about the ceremony. Beyoncé and Taylor Swift have been granted multiple nominations, including Record of the Year and Album of the Year. It's sure to be close to determining who will win the Phonograph, as both women dropped incredible music in the past year.
As part of the Biggest Night in Music, performers have been lined up to showcase their talents and get the Grammys on the chart. This year's roster includes fresh faces and iconic legends such as Sabrina Carpenter and Shakira. The latter has already won several Grammys in her music tenure, and this year, she's been nominated for Best Pop Latin Album.
Aside from the music though, the 67th presentation will also dedicate the night to providing relief for the LA Fires. The rebuilding of Los Angeles will be a long journey, but it takes a community of kind individuals to bring it back together.
In a press release from the Recording Academy, Harvey Mason, Jr., he reflected on music's power on how it can be a great means of support.
"The upcoming Grammy Awards won’t just be about celebrating and honoring the best in music this year, and it will also show how the power of music can help rebuild, uplift, and support those in need. We are thrilled that so many artists in our community are banding together at this time to show support for their fellow music makers and others impacted by the recent wildfires.”
That said, who else is performing at the Grammys? Let's find out.
