Kendall Jenner opened up regarding her mental health during The Kardashians season 6 finale. "Get the Hell Out of Dodge." The supermodel has led fashion houses Chanel, Calvin Klein, Schiaparelli, and Versace down her Catwalk career, carving a name for herself in the fashion world. Eventually, Kendall became one of the world's most highly paid models just a few years after her first show.

But there are times when Kendall doesn't always feel her peak self and, just like us, struggles with sadness. It's a familiar pain that we all know too well, but we seek methods to alleviate it. Practices such as journaling, meditation, and therapy are standard outlets and change the mood.

While on her booking during Paris Fashion Week for Ľoréal, the reality star was brutally honest about her anxiety. While it's hard for us to combat it at times, being in the public eye tends to accelerate the emotional imbalance. However, Kendall works toward keeping her struggles in check.

Before she headed on the Ľoréal Catwalk, a video played on the screen, where she emphasized that she has uneasy days but pushes through them.

"I'm worth it. You might think that's easy for me to say, but it always hasn't been. Some days, it's still not easy. But as I get older, I can say those words with a lot more confidence."

Kendall then strides the Walk Your Worth Runway in a red gown- Ľoréal's signature color- with Heidi Klum, Andie MacDowell, Viola Davis, and Cara Delevingne. The women all had stories to share, disclosing personal details and why they were "worth it."

In her confessional, Kendall unveiled that she too has blue moments, as anyone, and she uses a simple technique to conquer them.

"Like everybody, I do have moments of getting a little blue. I think everybody's going to deal with it in their own way, but for me, a lot of it is gratitude. I journal a lot. So I think that writing down the things that I'm really grateful for and the things that do make me happy, is just a constant reminder of where I'm blessed in life. We got to work through some [stuff], and sometimes that needs to be done temporarily. [The blue moment] is not going to be forever."

This weekend, Kendall opened the Coachella Festival for fwrd's family and friends event. She chose the Tove Erin Dress in Sand and matching heels. The label uploaded an Instagram Reel of the model enjoying herself at the party and waves.

As always, she looks gorgeous!
