Kourtney Kardashian shares bikini throwback from 2009: 'Don't ever say I'm not ikonik'
Kourtney Kardashian is definitely iconic or 'ikonik,' as she says. In the nearly twenty years she's been in the limelight, Kourtney has expanded herself beyond the Kardashian name. She's the founder of the lifestyle blog Poosh, the CEO of Lemme supplements, and a mom of four. If anything, these accomplishments and life happenings only define Kourtney more as she continues to set her place in the world.
However, whenever she feels threatened by anyone, she'll call you out, as she has done so in her latest Instagram post. Honestly, the snap could be reinvented as a meme for an expression of shock or surprise, and what family is better than creating memes than the Kardashians?
We got "You're doing amazing, Sweetie" to "Kim's crying face," these memes have cemented themselves in pop culture.
Kourtney Kardashian reminds you that she's "ikonik"
On October 14th, Kourtney uploaded a throwback photo from 2009, which gives all the nostalgic feels and Y2K aesthetics. We love Y2K pop and fashion culture, and the Kardashians, along with other stars of the era- Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, and Paris Hilton- brought it all to the forefront.
In Kourtney's snap, the reality star is sporting a classic green-and-white bikini, her hair up in a pony in a matching scrunchie. She's relaxing on a poolside lounging chaise, holding a margarita while giving someone a stunned expression.
"Don't ever say that I'm not ikonik," says the caption, with the term "iconic" being utilized in a fun word play.
The snap additionally takes us back to when Kourtney and her sisters jet-setted to Cabo San Lucas for a Girls Gone Wild photo shoot. The trip was filmed during the first season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2007, but not everything went according to plan. But it was a momentous highlight in KUWTK culture.

After a few years of dating and going IG official in 2021, Kourtney and her punk rocker partner Travis tied the knot three times in 2022. The first was in Vegas after the Grammys (and she lost her favorite jacket), the second was at the Santa Barbara courthouse where their nuptials were officiated, and then the couple had a Catholic ceremony in Italy.
Kourtney's veil was stitched with the Madonna, which is a significant symbol to Travis.

Kourtney and her business partner, Simon Huck, launched Lemme, a wellness supplement brand that includes natural, science-backed options for sleep, nutrition, women's health, and energy. Like Poosh, the brand branched to lollipops, chewable candy-like vitamins, and an exclusive clothing line.
