The Kardashians and the Jenners have built empires outside of their multimedia forums. They're considered one of the modern-day Gilded Age families, as they have reconstructed the fashion and beauty industries with their businesses. It also takes savvy use of social media and networking to help generate the financial goals and popularity to get them off the ground.
Over the years, the Kardashians and Jenners have launched lucrative enterprises that treasured them with great wealth, household names, and societal figures. The media and the fans also can't get enough of Kim and her bigger than life family.
We're reflecting on every business venture the Kardashian and Jenners carved in. From fashion to gummies the sisters, Rob, and Kris know how to sell and surge.

The Defunct

DASH Boutiques
2006-2018
From 2006 to 2018, Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé operated DASH, a mid-priced clothing boutique that targeted young fashionistas. Not only did DASH offer many of the clothes you saw on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, you can purchase them too, and reflect Kim's Y2K style.
Like its founders, DASH became reputable, as it was featured on the E! show, had its own spin-off with DASH Dolls, and became a chain. Kim's initial idea for KUWTK was to have DASH as the focal point, but the network shifted it toward the family instead. Despite this, the franchise became iconic.
DASH's shuttering in 2018 disappointed fans, as they could no longer get their hands on a DASH piece. However, thanks to resellers like eBay and Poshmark, vintage pieces are still available.

Smooch Boutique
2003-2009
Smooch was the store-child of Kourtney and Kris, and speaking of children, the business catered to kids' fashions. Like DASH, which was located right next door, was featured on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but unfortunately, it had a shorter lifespan.
Smooch was opened from 2003 to 2009, a full six years and the reasons for its closure was poor fiduciary performance and Kourtney becoming a new mother. Yet, despite the bad news, there was a positive side to it. All of Smooch's merchandise and the store fixtures were marked 50% off.
Lastly, the store helped cope with Kourtney's grief following the loss of her dad, Robert Kardashian.
"in a weird way, [Smooch} really helped me deal with my father’s death… I put my feelings into the store," Kourtney confessed on her now defunct blog in 2009.

Kardashian Kollection at Sears
2009-2012
Sears was the store (in my little world) that was the mother of department stores. It wasn't overpriced or underpriced and had something for everyone. I bought my high school and middle school formal dresses at Sears, and in the 1990s to the 2000s, you had endless choices of colors and styles. It was just a fun place to be and start your mall days off right.
Which brings me to the short-lived fashion collection, Kardashian Kollection, launched by Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé for the past retail giant. Dropped in 2009, the clothes were dispensed in a variety of tops, dresses, pants, accessories, shoes, and other stylish goodies to complete a near-authentic "duplicate" of the sisters' looks. I still have my leather leggings that go with anything.
The brand was discontinued in 2012, and while Sears didn't provide specific reasoning for removing Kardashian Kloset from their merchandise line, it may have been due to the "poor quality" of the products. Nonetheless, the business was another family passion, as the sisters further explored fashion as a revenue objective.

Kardashian Khaos
2011-2014
Kardashian Khaos was situated in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip and nestled in one of the most famous casinos, The Mirage Hotel and Casino. It's where Sigfried and Roy put on their mesmerizing performances with their exotic cats. That ceased in 2003, following Roy's stroke onstage during a show.
The store opened in 2011 and was called the "celebrity lifestyle boutique." It was additionally branded as a souvenir shop, where fans can purchase small household goods and tees, all approved by the Kardashian family. It was also a place that was frequented by Kim and her sisters, and fans hoped to catch a glimpse of the reality stars when they stopped by.
Kardashian Khaos closed in 2014 and without reason.

Kim Kardashian: Hollywood!
2014-2025
Kim Kardashian: Hollywood was one of the most popular and played games on Apple and Android devices. During its period, users could live the fabulous A-list life of a Hollywood celebrity by booking modeling gigs, acting jobs, high-profile dating, shopping, and even making publicity appearances. You know, just the normal, everyday hassle of vibing like a star and bearing its sweet fruition.
After a decade, Kim came to the decision to cease all operations on her game and stated to TMZ why she was making this move. She additionally addressed her gratitude for the years of support from the fans.
"I'm so grateful from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has loved and played Kim Kardashian: Hollywood in the past 10 years. This journey has meant so much to me, but I’ve realized that it’s time to focus that energy [on] other passions. I would like to thank the Glu team and the many people behind the scenes who have worked diligently [to make it a success]. I will be forever inspired by this community that we built together."

Kim Kardashian West (KKW) Beauty
2017-2019
Nearly every woman wants to immortalize Kim's beauty secrets and scents into their regimen. While we can't fully achieve the star's complete glam, her former cosmetics line, Kim Kardashian West Beauty or KKW, was the next best thing. The products range from blushes, bronzers, foundations, eye makeup, lip shades-you know, the typical stuff you'd see in a cosmetics line.
I loved the fact that Kim included playful colors, as having a variety of cool, neutral, and warm tones will please most consumers. Even better, that KKW was vegan and cruelty-free, as why should our vanity be of animal sacrifice?
KKW Beauty was sold at Ulta, where Kim and her sisters have a contractual agreement to sell their products.

SKIMS
2019-2025
In 2019, Kim re-entered the fashion game with her shapewear and clothing company, SKIMS. The brand not only offered undergarments in multiple skin tones and styles, but also accessories, loungewear, and swimsuits. In its six short years, SKIMS skyrocketed to $4 billion and became a global corporation.
Celebrities such as Patrick Mahomes, Lana Del Rey, Nicola Coughlin, and many more have posed in SKIMS campaigns. And we hear that the celebs are paid top dollar for their time and energy, as they should. Plus, they helped SKIMS get off the ground and slaying in its success.
Over the years, SKIMS has collaborated with several prominent labels, including Dolce & Gabbana, Swarovski, and their latest partner, LOVB, the top young women's volleyball foundation.

SKKN
2022
SKKN was the second generation of KKW Beauty, which silently shut down, leaving shoppers with many questions about what happened. In a business sense, what Kim and her team did is a fairly common practice. It keeps panic levels at a minimum and the stress of running out of stock before people manic purchase.
The brand offers skin care products that combine innovation with all-natural, organic ingredients to deliver the best possible glow. Comprised of nine products from night oil to creams, SKKN works on all skin types. The packaging was an aesthetic eye-pleaser, with its beige coloring and simple font.
In 2024, the company launched cosmetics, and although the shades were more muted in neutral tones than those of KKW Beauty, many were thrilled that Kim had brought back her iconic lip pencils and glosses. They had the same top quality as KKW, so nothing was missed.
SKIMS acquired SKKN earlier this year, in late March, from the beauty company Coty. Through its acquisition, Kim's company quietly wound down, and shoppers are now presented with the following message when they visit SKKN's website:
"With deep gratitude, we share that SKKN BY KIM will be winding down operations and officially closing on June 29th, 2025. As this chapter comes to a close, the commitment to innovation, self-care, and skin confidence that SKKN embodies will live on in new and exciting ways. From the bottom of our hearts-thank you. It has been an honor to be part of your skincare journey."
New surprises will be coming to SKKN in 2026 under its SKIMS umbrella.
Kourtney Kardashian

Poosh
2019
If you don't know Poosh, then what are you really doing with your life? Poosh is the lifestyle and wellness blog, and named after Kourtney's daughter, Penelope, in her nickname. The website offers tips on mental and physical health, recipes, sexual wellbeing, and much more.
Poosh's popularity has only increased, and has even "spinned off" into a summer camp that takes place during Coachella Weekend. The 4-day weekend was dedicated to music, health stations, arts and crafts, ffod, and good vibes among campers.

Lemme Wellness
2022
Kourtney expanded into the nutritional space by launching Lemme, a supplement brand backed by and proven through science. The products come in two varieties — gummies and capsules — and address a range of issues, including gut health, sleep, women's health, and metabolism. They're formulated with all-natural ingredients and contain very little sugar, and are dairy and gluten-free. The packaging is sourced from sustainable and recycled materials, resulting in less waste and a more environmentally friendly approach.
The brand even dropped comfy sweats, lollipops, and sweet stickers, which gave shoppers options. Moreover, Lemme has made its way to Target, which many shoppers found easier to purchase the supplements in-person than online.
Yet, the real question is, "Does Lemme work?"
While I can't speak for others, I can speak for myself, for I have been using the Lemme Debloat capsules and Lemme Burn for two years. My reasoning is that the former is the only probiotic that has worked for my SBS, and the symptoms associated with it, such as painful bloating and gas, have significantly decreased. For the Burn, it has kept my B12 levels up, as I have anemia from SBS.
But what works for me may not work for others, so it's encouraged to consult with your physicians before starting on a supplement.
Khloé Kardashian

Good American
2016
Thinking of exclusive sizing ranging from 00 to 32, Good American has several jean styles that flatters any body. The brand also carries tops, shorts, dresses, skirts, and other fun pieces to create the ideal outfit. This year, Dolly Parton became one of the first celebrities to debut a collection With Good American.
The brand can be shopped online, in of the flagship stores, Macy's, and Nordstrom.

Khloud Foods
2025
Khloé just wanted healthier snacks for her kids, as most are filled with ingredients and preservatives that we dob't want to consume. But why sacrifice the fun in health? That's where Khloud Foods comes in.
The snack brand started off with protein popcorn in three flavors- Olive Oil with Sea Salt, Kettle Corn, and White Cheddar- and made its official debut at the family's Easter party. We sampled all the popcorn and were quite pleased with the products.
Khloé to expand Khloud Foods with cakes, cookies, chips, and more as she continues to settle in with the snack and treat industry. Will she do it? Yes.
Rob Kardashian

Arthur George Socks
2012
Like his older sisters, Rob ventured into the fashion world with his sock collection, Arthur George. The name is derived from his middle name and his late father's, which is a nice way of paying tribute. The socks feature hilarious slogan, bold colors, and range from kids' to men's sizing.
In 2018, Rob had to sell half the company to his mom, Kris, due to financial issues and his messy break-up with his ex-girlfriend, Blac Chyna. Through the purchase, Kris modified how the business was managed and keeping it afloat and profitable.
Kendall Jenner

818 Tequila
2021
With her busy schedule as one of the world's top models, Kendall only has time to have one business. But it's a good one, because it keeps the party going. The product is 818 Tequila, manufactured in Mexico. The 818 in the name is after the Los Angeles area code, a place that's near and dear to Kendall's heart.
The company also focuses on sustainability and community giveback. By partnering with the nonprofit S.A.C.R.E.D., 818 has found a way to repurpose its waste into building materials, creating a better way of living for its citizens.
Kylie Jenner

Kylie Costmetics
2014
For over a decade, Kylie Cosmetics has been of the beauty industry's go-to brands. Vegan and cruelty-free, it offers everything from eye palettes, lip colors, mascara, skincare, and fragrances. Kylie ofter wears her products on the Red Carpet and every day as a means of promotion. Besides, if you know and like the cosmetics with its formalization, why make a switch if you don't have to?

Khy Fashion
2023
Kylie branched out into the world of fashion with her label, Khy. She has collaborated with other brands to create moderately-priced pieces that look great for anytime of the day. Like her makeup brand, the mom of two wears the clothes and you might have them on The Kardashians or on social media.

Sprinter Vodka Soda
2024
Taking a page from her sister's book, Kylie launched her own liquor brand with Sprinter Vodka Soda. The very low-sugar carbonated vodka are sold in brightly colored cans and come in a variety of fruity flavors. Our favorite is Peach, as it really taste like a freshly picked fruit.
Kris Jenner

Safely Cleaning
2021
Last, but not least, is Kris Jenner. She, along with Chrissy Teigen, launched Safely, which has all-natural cleaning products free from dyes, fragrances, harsh chemicals, and colors. There's a purpose for each one as well, and the finish leaves it germ-free and gorgeous.
You can find Safely in most nationwide stores and online.
